Clarification for Legal Brief One Assignment
Class, I understand I have been contradictory regarding Friday's assignment. Initially, I said you had to do this on negligence, and then today I told you that this paper was on emotional distress. You can write your brief on either cause of action. If you have further questions, please email me. See you all Friday!

To be honest, I do not understand the whole idea of blogs...I could not find anything relating to the radio talk show assignment, so I decided to just find a spot and leave my comment here. In the first act where Omid Memarian was told to confess to things he never committed or even blame people who he has never met, I really just feel bad for him, but things like that happen all the time. Many countries make prisoner confess to numerous crimes that they have never committed but that is way those countries are not as evolved as others. The rate of corruption and crime in those countries simply sucks! The other act that was kinda interesting was act four in which Susan Burton reads her parents divorce papers. Well, it sucks to find your parents divorce papers and in one instance read something about youself that says you are retarded and you need something to remember easily. Also to find out they tried to make the marriage work but in the end it did not, can ruing a child's life.
